OUR STORY

To shape the future of integrated industrial solutions across Australia’s essential sectors.

Atlas Industrial Holdings started in 2015 with a single bobcat in Bendigo. That one piece of equipment grew into Yellow Hire — a plant and equipment hire business built on the belief that regional operators deserved a supplier who actually understood the work. Over the following decade, Yellow Hire expanded its fleet, opened a second depot in Mildura, and earned the trust of some of Australia's largest mining, quarrying and civil construction operators. In 2024, Atlas Industrial Holdings was established to bring it all together, and in 2026 the acquisition of JJM Diesel Maintenance added a 1,000m² heavy diesel workshop to the group — covering scheduled servicing, fault diagnosis, engine overhauls, hydraulic repairs and CAT component exchange.


AIH has since diversified into mobile OTR and truck tyre management, rounding out a service offering that now covers equipment hire, heavy diesel maintenance and tyre management under one group. Today, that means mining, quarrying, civil and transport operators across Victoria have a single partner for the full life of their equipment, without the complexity of managing multiple suppliers, keeping projects moving.

Through its operating businesses, Atlas delivers plant and equipment capability, Australian equipment manufacturing, industrial components supply, OTR tyre management and heavy equipment maintenance services structured to support evolving industry requirement.

Equipment Solutions

Through Yellow Hire, AIH provides plant and equipment hire and industrial equipment solutions across Bendigo, Mildura and regional Victoria. The fleet supports civil construction, mining, quarrying and infrastructure projects with earthmoving equipment, access equipment, site support and power solutions aligned to real operational requirements.

As part of Atlas Industrial Holdings, Yellow Hire is strengthened by broader group capability in maintenance, components and specialised industrial support.

Components & Parts Supply

AIH supports industrial equipment performance through dedicated industrial components supply and parts distribution.
