AIH Partners with the Royal Flying Doctor Service Victoria: Backing the Lifeline of Regional Australia

Atlas Industrial Holdings is proud to announce its partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Victoria, joining one of Australia’s most trusted regional healthcare organisations in its mission to deliver critical services to the communities we all call home.

AIH was built in regional Australia. Our depots, our workshops, our people and our work are all woven into the towns, roads and communities of Central Victoria and beyond. So when it came to choosing a community partner, the answer was not difficult. It had to be an organisation doing work that mattered — visibly, directly in the same communities where AIH operates every day.

The Royal Flying Doctor Service is exactly that.

Why the RFDS

RFDS Victoria delivers emergency aeromedical transport, primary healthcare, mental health services, dental care and community patient transport to more than 80 regional and rural communities across Victoria, including Bendigo, Mildura, Swan Hill and dozens of towns where AIH’s teams are on the road and on site every week.

For many of those communities, the RFDS is not a backup. It is the system.

When the nearest hospital is hours away, when a medical emergency strikes on a remote project site, when a farming family needs mental health support in a region without a GP, the Flying Doctor is there. The organisation has been delivering that service for nearly 100 years, supported by people and businesses who believe that access to healthcare should not depend on a postcode.

What This Partnership Looks Like

From June 2026, the RFDS Proudly Supporting badge will appear across AIH’s websites, vehicles, commercial documents and communications, including across the Atlas Industrial Holdings, Yellow Hire and O’Bryan Equipment brands. AIH will actively promote RFDS Victoria’s work and the real impact it delivers in regional communities throughout the life of the partnership.

This is not about a badge on a website. It is about a business that operates in regional communities choosing to actively support the organisations that make those communities function and being visible about that commitment so others might do the same.
