Yellow Hire was established in 2015 with a single piece of equipment, growing steadily over the following years to build a reputation for reliable dry hire earthmoving across regional Victoria, NSW and South Australia.

In 2024, Yellow Hire became part of Atlas Industrial Holdings — expanding its capability as AIH's equipment hire and power solutions division. Today, Yellow Hire operates a fleet of 200+ machines and a generator and temporary power program, delivering integrated equipment solutions to mining, quarrying, civil construction, renewable energy and agricultural operations across Australia.

In 2026, Atlas Industrial Holdings acquired JJM Diesel Maintenance, bringing a 1,000m² heavy diesel workshop at Powell Street, Bendigo into the group. JJM services trucks and heavy equipment across scheduled maintenance, fault diagnosis, engine overhauls, hydraulic repairs and CAT component exchange and is the only Bendigo workshop combining heavy diesel servicing with in-workshop truck tyre supply and fitting under one roof.

The acquisition further strengthens AIH's end-to-end equipment solutions capability across hire, service and tyres.

O'Bryan Equipment was acquired by AIH in 2021. A well-known brand in the manufacturing of high performing land levelling equipment. In 2026 AIH entered into a 50/50 joint venture with a strategic partner to take the brand forward and scale toward international distribution of the product.
