Introducing Atlas Industrial Holdings: The Integrated Industrial Group Built for Regional Operations

Introducing AIH

Atlas Industrial Holdings (AIH) is now operating as a unified industrial group — combining plant hire, tyre management, diesel maintenance, component remanufacturing and Australian-manufactured earthmoving equipment under one brand, one team and one accountable partner.

Regional industry has long operated in a fragmented supplier environment. Equipment hire from one provider. Tyre management from another. Diesel servicing from a third. Component parts chased across the country. For operations managers, fleet superintendents and site directors, that fragmentation has a real cost, in time, in downtime, and in the constant friction of managing too many vendors across too many disciplines.

Atlas Industrial Holdings was built to change that.

What Is Atlas Industrial Holdings?

Atlas Industrial Holdings (AIH) is a Bendigo-based industrial solutions group operating across four divisions, covering plant and equipment hire, mobile OTR tyre management, heavy diesel maintenance, component remanufacturing and exchange, and Australian-manufactured earthmoving equipment.

The group brings together four established operational businesses under a single master brand:

  • Yellow Hire — plant and equipment rental, and temporary power solutions
  • JJM Diesel Maintenance — truck and heavy equipment servicing, in-workshop tyre fitting, and component remanufacturing and exchange
  • BP Tyres — mobile OTR tyre management and mobile truck tyre field service
  • O’Bryan Equipment — Australian-manufactured tractor-drawn ejector scrapers and carry graders, designed and built in Bendigo for farming, civil and infrastructure earthworks

Each division operates as a customer-facing specialist. Together, they form something no single-lane provider in regional Victoria can match: a fully integrated industrial capability that covers the full operational lifecycle of mining, quarrying, civil construction, infrastructure and agricultural earthworks — all of it designed, built and delivered from Bendigo.

Why This Matters for Regional Industry

The integration of these four divisions under the AIH master brand is not a rebranding exercise. It is a structural response to a problem that operations managers across mining, quarrying and heavy civil work face every day.

The real cost of a supplier isn’t the day rate, it’s the cost when that supplier fails you.

A machine offline costs more than the hire charge. A tyre failure on a quarry loader doesn’t just cost a tyre, it costs the shift. A component waiting on a freight pallet from Melbourne costs days of production, not just freight.

AIH is engineered to remove those risks. Not through one service, but through the integration of all of them.

When a BP Tyres field specialist is on your site every 90 days managing tyre and rim condition, that same visit can identify a servicing need for JJM Diesel and a supplementary equipment requirement for Yellow Hire. One relationship. One conversation. No gaps between suppliers.

The AIH Divisions: What We Do

Yellow Hire — Equipment Rental and Temporary Power

Yellow Hire has been operating across Central Victoria for over a decade. From its depots in Bendigo and Mildura, Yellow Hire provides dry equipment hire for civil construction, infrastructure, mining and quarrying alongside temporary power solutions for remote and industrial project sites across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

Yellow Hire serves civil contractors, infrastructure companies, mining operators, councils and agricultural businesses requiring reliable, modern equipment with fast response times and transparent pricing.

Capabilities include: earthmoving equipment, compaction, excavation, materials handling, site support, and industrial-grade generator hire for off-grid and high-demand project environments.

JJM Diesel Maintenance — Workshop, Fleet Service and Components

JJM Diesel Maintenance brings 15 years of heavy diesel experience to the AIH group. Operating from a 1,000sqm Bendigo workshop — with four dedicated service bays, a rebuild bay, and a full fabrication area, JJM is the most capable heavy industrial workshop in Central Victoria.

JJM serves truck fleet owners, heavy equipment operators and quarry and mine site fleet managers who need a trusted, go-to workshop for regular servicing rather than a repairer they scramble to find at breakdown.

Capabilities include: truck and heavy equipment repair and maintenance, in-workshop truck tyre supply and fitting, and a growing component remanufacturing and exchange program, beginning with CAT 980 loaders as the anchor product and expanding across the CAT heavy equipment range.

The component exchange program is a significant capability. For quarry and mining operators, waiting on a replacement component from Melbourne or interstate can mean days of lost production. JJM’s Bendigo location means qualified exchange components are available locally, same-day turnaround for the operations that cannot afford to wait.

BP Tyres — Mobile OTR Tyre Management

BP Tyres is AIH’s mobile tyre management division, delivering structured on-site OTR tyre and rim management to quarry and mining operators across Victoria and southern New South Wales, with national expansion underway.

The BP Tyres model is built around one differentiator that no competitor in Central Victoria currently matches: a guaranteed 90-day site visit program, delivering condition reporting on both rims and tyres, from a brand-agnostic team that recommends the right tyre for the application, not the highest-margin product.

Capabilities include: mobile OTR tyre supply and fitting, rim inspection and management, structured condition reporting, mobile truck tyre field service, and a growing solid-fill tyre program for high-puncture-risk quarry applications.

O’Bryan Equipment — Australian-Manufactured Ejector Scrapers and Carry Graders

O’Bryan Equipment has been designing and manufacturing tractor-drawn earthmoving machines in Bendigo since 1982. For over 40 years, O’Bryan ejector scrapers and carry graders have worked across Australia — building farm dams, clearing land, forming contour banks, maintaining rural roads and supporting civil earthworks from Victoria and New South Wales to Queensland and South Australia.

Every machine is purpose-built for Australian conditions. The heavy clays of regional Victoria. The red soils of inland New South Wales and Queensland. O’Bryan machines are engineered and tested here, for conditions like these, because Australian soil conditions demand equipment designed for them, not adapted from somewhere else.

O’Bryan serves farmers, contractors and civil operators requiring precise, controlled earthmoving performance on properties and project sites where reliability is non-negotiable. The business also maintains a large range of spare parts for all machines, manufactured to a high standard and available for fast distribution Australia-wide through its dealer network or direct to site.

Capabilities include: tractor-drawn ejector scrapers, carry graders, dam construction equipment, land clearing machines, drainage and irrigation earthworks equipment, rural road maintenance equipment, and a national spare parts distribution network.

The addition of O’Bryan Equipment to the AIH group brings a 40-year Australian manufacturing legacy into the fold and extends AIH’s capability into agricultural and rural civil earthworks markets that no other AIH division reaches. For farming and civil operators already working with Yellow Hire, JJM Diesel or BP Tyres, O’Bryan Equipment represents a natural extension of a trusted relationship.

The AIH Difference: Integration, Proximity, and Accountability

AIH operates in a category it has defined for itself: the trusted multi-service industrial partner for mining, quarrying and construction in regional Victoria and beyond.

No regional competitor currently replicates this structure. The group’s integrated model delivers three advantages that single-lane providers cannot match:

1. Integrated capability across the full asset lifecycle. Plant hire, tyre management, diesel maintenance and component exchange, available from one partner, tracked through one relationship, managed through one accountable team.

2. Regional proximity that national operators cannot match. AIH’s Bendigo headquarters and Mildura depot place the group closer to Central Victoria’s mines, quarries and civil project sites than any Melbourne-based or national operator. Faster response. Lower freight exposure. Local accountability.

3. Structured customer development through the Field Specialist program. BP Tyres’ 90-day site visit program is not just a tyre service rhythm, it is a structured customer development engine for the entire AIH group. Every site visit is an opportunity to identify servicing needs, component requirements or equipment hire or earthmoving equipment opportunities across all four divisions, without the customer changing suppliers or managing a new relationship.

Built in Bendigo. Operating Across the Region.

AIH is headquartered in Bendigo, Victoria – one of regional Australia’s most significant industrial and manufacturing hubs, supported by Fosterville Gold Mine’s 10-year extension, Victoria’s $214M+ mining sector investment, and growing civil infrastructure activity across the state.

The group’s geographic position gives AIH genuine response time advantages over Melbourne-based competitors across the Central Victorian quarry and mining corridor from Castlemaine and Maryborough to Mildura and southern New South Wales.

What This Means If You Work With AIH

If you are an existing Yellow Hire, JJM Diesel, BP Tyres or O’Bryan Equipment customer, you are now part of a group with significantly broader capability than before.

Your existing relationships, your existing service standards and your existing team contacts remain unchanged. What has changed is the scope of what AIH can offer and the structured process for introducing new capabilities to your operation when the time is right.

If you are new to AIH, the conversation starts wherever your most immediate operational need sits with equipment hire, tyre management, diesel servicing or component exchange. Every entry point connects to the broader group.
